Registration Interviews - pulling recording for review

The interview recordings are stored on our FS.apeg.dns (File Server)

The location they are kept in is "Interview_Extract"

Any specific recording(s) that might need to be reviewed from time to time would come in as a helpdesk request.

Reg staff would submit the interview file details required, and that could be located in that folder and a COPY of that file would then placed in the "Interview for review"

The necessary staff in Reg Dept have access to the folder "Interview for review" and so can playback that when needed with any Credentials committee members, or management.

Periodically when doing the other housekeeping tasks, we might ask for Reg staff to confirm if any other file(s) could be removed from this review folder - to free up space.
